U.K.T.U. MISSION STATEMENT

The U.K.T.U. is a union of martial arts promoting freedom and unity in Tae Kwon Do. The following is the main frame of the U.K.T.U.'s mission statement:

To promote the spirit of justice and return Tae Kwon Do communities back to traditional values
To build friendships between non I.T.F. and I.T.F. practitioners and unite the art back to full strength
To work as a U.K. body not corrupted by money and ego and deliver professional standards across the board
To aid and assist the smaller groups by providing a structure that works for all members, not just the larger ones
To provide quality course conductors and examiners to all members, when required
To provide sponsorship for top level competitors
To show comradeship in the art by fair play
To offer a support system to all, regardless of race or creed.
To follow the constitution and ensure fair play across the board is always present.

The U.K.T.U. will live by its official mission statment to the best of its abilities - changes may happen from time to time, but all members will be informed once the four directors have agreed that these will NOT harm any other member within the group.
